Kevin, can you tell me what problems you were experiencing with your previous printer?
“Their customer service was pretty poor. Delivery times were slow and their service was unreliable or slow, with regards to returning calls or chasing up quotes or stock for us. And their prices weren’t that great, so we decided to shop around”
What prompted you to change printers?
“We review our suppliers on a regular basis, and we found that Print Acumen’s prices were better, and their customer service was also really good”

“Price mainly. It certainly wasn’t the only factor but it was arguably the most important”

“Very friendly and helpful, and it’s nice to ring them up and have every single person who answers the phone know who you are”
How do you feel about our quality?
“We’ve never had any problems with the quality of the products supplied to us by Print Acumen. However on the rare occasions when we have minor issues, they’ve always been corrected quickly and efficiently”
How do you feel about our pricing?
“As I said, we review our suppliers on a regular basis, and Print Acumen are consistently better priced than other local companies”
How do you feel about our service?
“Much better than our previous supplier”
How about our turnaround time?
“Normally very good, if we order something that’s in stock we get it quickly, and if we request a draft for a new product like business cards, the proofs always come out within a few days”

“Being a small to medium sized business, we simply don’t have the storage space on our premises to warehouse large orders ourselves, which many print companies insist upon. With Print Acumen, we’re able to order in bulk at great prices, and only order what we need, when we need it”
What do we offer that your previous supplier didn’t?
“The warehousing of stock is the main business difference, apart from the abovementioned service differences”
What impact has Print Acumen had on Butlers?
“Again, being a small to medium sized business, keeping costs down is always important in every aspect of the business. And not having to fill our cupboards with stock is a real bonus”
